Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our Jordan location.
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering
In stock: it’s in our shop and ready for a new home! Shipping times are usually within 3-5 business days from the purchase date, except for peak seasons like the holidays.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date.
All shipping fees are charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts on the checkout page.
US & Canada
Orders over $45: Shipping is on us :)
Orders below $45: Shipping rate will be dependent on your address and shipping type chosen.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.
Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days depending on customs, which is not within our control.
International
All shipping fees are charged based on buyer's Location.
Your order will be shipped via your local post and delivered between 14-30 business days from the dispatch date. This can be effected depending on customs, which is not within our control.
**Once a package has left our facility, DIGITAL2PLAY will no longer be responsible for the package. We cannot control customs clearance, lost or stolen packages, and/or delayed “out for delivery” times. Please contact the provided shipping company to assist with these issues as our team cannot.**
Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy: DIGITAL2PLAY currently offers store credit and exchanges on all products, with the exception of “sale” items that are final sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Your return must be sent within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 14 days from shipped date, your return request will be voided.
Lost or stolen packages: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whatever courier service was used. DIGITAL2PLAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned into the courier system.
Return Costs: DIGITAL2PLAY will not be responsible for return shipping charges. If the item you received is incorrect or damaged then DIGITAL2PLAY will cover all shipping costs. For all other returns, we unfortunately will not cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges: Didn’t get the perfect fit, no problem! Happens all the time. You can exchange your item for the correct size. Unfortunately because we are a small store, the return shipping cost to our facility will be on you.
Any unworn merchandise in its original packaging you would like to return for an exchange (less original & return shipping) must be sent back to DIGITAL2PLAY within 14 business days of receipt of product. Item must be received within 21 days of return request. Return shipping is non-refundable.
All international returns are responsible for return shipping.
*Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return your item(s) back with all of the original packaging.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. DIGITAL2PLAY will not accept returns if you do not email us and receive a return confirmation number.
